Shawn Gaither, AIA, LEED AP

Shawn is passionate about problem solving on behalf of his clients and utilizing design to positively impact the users of the environments he creates. With more than 20 years’ experience, Shawn has focused his architectural career on the design of interior environments. He is engaged with some of Studio Hive’s largest and most technically complex projects, many of which are located at the University of Minnesota. He has delivered presentations and participated in white paper research on the topics of contemporary and future workplace environments as well as student focused environments.

Shawn’s industry participation includes involvement in neighborhood development efforts, the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) Minnesota chapters, as well as serving as an advisor to Dunwoody Institute of Technology’s growing Interior Design program. He has participated as a guest critic in University of Minnesota architecture and interior design studios, and his own project portfolio has been recognized by ASID, AIA, IIDA and several professional publications. Shawn is an architectural graduate of the University Of Tennessee – Knoxville College of Architecture and Planning.
