With more than 400 brands focused on health and wellbeing, this product company is a globally recognized brand that touches many people’s lives in many different ways. To stay competitive in today’s challenging marketplace, this company has globally implemented a new approach to their corporate office environment called “Agile Working.” Agile Working allows them to support how, when, and where their employees work, and promote individual vitality. Using the national “Agile Workplace” template as a starting point, Studio Hive conducted an in-depth work style analysis for a consolidation of a 17,000 SF Minneapolis office. Based on these objectives, designers challenged themselves to design a space that was flexible, efficient, fun, client focused and a reflection of the organization’s brand identity.
